Education

Graduated from the Yerevan State Medical School in 1977 with a medical doctorate.

Completed his doctorate at the All-Union College of Obstetrics and Gynecology in Moscow, Russia in 1982.

He successfully obtained his doctorate in medicine in 1949 and his professorship title in 1994.

Professor Okoev is author of 350 scientific publications.
