In Malaysia, he improved his skills as an obstetrician and gynecologist, and was engaged in public service. He was appointed as the head of the obstetrics and gynecology department of Jianguo Hospital; he studied medical assistive technology and internal medicine in India

Looking glass surgery; he was subsequently appointed as a Reproductive Medicine Researcher at KK Maternal and Child Hospital in Singapore; in 2011, Dr. Eeson returned to Malaysia and was appointed as a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynecologist.
