Haveall the modern genetic techniques used in assisted reproductive technology: pre-implantation genetic diagnosis (PGD) using FISH, karyotype, prenatal diagnosis, determination of euploid levels in sperm, and determination of sperm DNA fragments.
There are many modern embryological methods: in vitro fertilization, cryopreservation (including vitrification) of sperm, eggs and embryos, tissue donor sperm banks.
:,,(),.Laboratory analysis of ejaculation was performed in accordance with WHO recommendations: sperm map, Kruger sperm morphology, immunological (MAD) testing, post-sexual testing, determination of sperm viability, sperm DNA nuclear fragmentation testing.
