The main research directions are the pathogenesis and mechanism of genetic diseases, the exploration and application of preimplantation genetic detection technology of embryos, and the molecular mechanism of post-translational modification of proteins during gametes and embryo development. Published 29 SCI papers, with a total impact factor of 160.8 points, and a total impact factor of the first author and responsible author of 42.8 points. As the project leader, he undertakes the general projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Youth Fund of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, and the general projects of the Beijing City Natural Science Foundation of China. He is the sub-project leader of the special project of the national key research and development plan "Research on Prevention and Control of Reproductive Health and Major Birth Defects." r
