Work experience
: I studied assisted reproductive technology at the Reproductive Center of Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital Affiliated to Zhejiang University, the Reproductive Department of the Ninth Affiliated Hospital of Shanghai Jiaotong University, and studied gynecology and laparoscopic technology at the Minimally Invasive Center of Ruijin Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai Jiaotong University. During his work in Shuguang, he was awarded the titles of Excellent Teacher, Outstanding Shuguang Person, and March 8th Red Flag Player many times.
From 1997 to 2011, he worked in gynecology at Shuguang Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and also served as a lecturer in the course "Traditional Chinese Medicine Gynecology" at Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
In 2008, he was awarded the reserve business expert talent training program of Shanghai Medical University.
In 2011, as a visiting scholar, he went to the Newhope Fertility Center in New York, USA to study microstimulation protocol ovulation promotion technology.
After returning to China in 2012, he served as the clinical director of the Integrated Traditional and Western Medicine Reproductive Center of Shuguang Hospital.
In 2013, he was promoted to chief physician and associate professor, and was awarded the gold medal teacher honor of Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. In 2015, he served as doctoral supervisor at Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and teaching supervisor at Shuguang Hospital.
From 2017 to 2022, Director and Subject Leader of the Department of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine at Shanghai City No. 1 Maternal and Infant Health Hospital.
Research results
In the past 5 years, he has been the project leader and has presided over 6 projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the Municipal Science and Technology Commission, and has published more than 20 research papers and 4 SCI articles. He participated in the compilation of 2 monographs and 2 invention patents. As the main completer, he won the third prize of the 2011 Shanghai Traditional Chinese Medicine Science and Technology Award and the third prize of the 2012 Shanghai Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Science and Technology Award. There are more than 20 master's degree students and 1 doctor's degree.
