Educational background:

Graduated from the Autonomous University of Guadalajara (UAG), received a medical doctorate,

and completed postdoctoral research in the fields of cell and molecular biology, cardiovascular science, and reproductive medicine at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston (completed in 2005). He is an expert in reproduction and genetics trained under American standards

and is certified by the American Assistant Committee of Surgeons (ABSA) in reproductive technology, ultrasound, and robot-assisted surgery.

Areas of expertise:

reproductive medicine, microsurgery and surgery, robot-assisted surgery, laparoscopy and hysteroscopy, and difficult and miscellaneous diseases in reproductive genetics. He is a rare expert in both medical doctor and genetic genetics. He has long been engaged in groundbreaking research in reproductive genetics. He has published more than 30 papers and abstracts in high-impact journals and has been cited more than 2000 times. He is a core member of Mexico's first uterine transplant operation and specializes in vitro maturation (IVM) of immature eggs and IVF treatment of patients with ovarian dysfunction/ovarian failure.
