Department Overview The Reproductive Medicine Department of the Seventh Medical Center (established 2005) was the first military reproductive center in Beijing. It covers 900+ m² with 5 consulting rooms, 2 ultrasound rooms, and a 200+ m² reproductive lab (AIH, IVF/ICSI-ET, PGS/PGD equipment). It has 2 renowned experts and 3 associate-senior specialists; about 30,000 annual outpatient visits and 2,000+ cycles per year, with a reported success rate over 60% (clinic-reported, not a guarantee). The team works at the international frontier of IVF-ET, ICSI, PGS/PGD, vitrification, blastocyst culture, and sperm/egg freezing.
Since 2014 the center has been among the first in China to use a new micro-TESE method for non-obstructive azoospermia, combining the procedure with the spouse's synchronized stimulation to create fresh embryos—avoiding freezing damage and supporting transfer success; previously such patients often relied on donor sperm, while this method has helped some have genetically related children (dozens of couples delivered over five years, with data published). Its natural-cycle IVF/IVM technique is an advanced ART approach requiring no hormones.
Services: infertility testing (antibodies, mycoplasma, chlamydia, semen analysis); hormone assays (LH, FSH, E2, PRL, progesterone, testosterone); chromosome tests; trace-element tests; ovulation induction; IUI; IVF-ET; ICSI; PGD.
Address: 5 Dongsimentiao, Nanmencang, Dongcheng District, Beijing. For more on multi-country options, contact the center's client service. Tel: 183-1078-7850
