01 Cromifen (CC)

Operating mechanism:

As an estrogen antagonist, this drug binds to the pituitary estrogen receptor to produce a low estrogen effect, thereby inhibiting the negative feedback effect of estrogen on the hypothalamus and stimulating pituitary gonadotropism

The secretion of hormone ultimately promotes follicle growth. When combined with estrogen, the effect on endometrial thickness can be reduced.

Scope of application:

Suitable for infertile patients with certain estrogen levels in the body, patients with polycystic ovary syndrome, patients with corpus luteal dysfunction, ovarian function testing, and male hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis function

Individuals that can be tested.

Note:

may cause unexplained irregular vaginal bleeding, uterine fibroids, ovarian cysts, liver function damage, mental depression, thrombophlebitis and other adverse reactions.

02 Letrozole (LE)

Operating mechanism:

This drug is an aromatase inhibitor that inhibits the conversion of androgens to estrogen, thereby weakening the negative feedback effect of estrogen on the hypothalamus, stimulating pituitary gonadotropin secretion, and promoting follicles

grow up. At the same time, it can increase the local androgen level of follicles, which is conducive to follicular development.

Scope of application:

It is commonly used for the treatment of postmenopausal patients with advanced breast cancer, unexplained infertility and polycystic ovary syndrome.

Advantage:

It has therapeutic effect on patients with increased androgens in the body.

03 Gninotropin (GnH)

Operating mechanism:

Contains follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH) and belongs to glycoprotein hormones. These drugs directly act on the ovaries and promote the growth and maturity of follicles. Mainly used in hypothalamus and hypothalamus

Patients with dysfunctional anovulation, and patients with poor response to clomiphene and letrozole.

Scope of application:

It is indicated for patients with hypothalamic-pituitary central ovulation disorder, polycystic patients with clomiphene resistance, luteal dysfunction, and unexplained infertility.

Advantage:

It has certain applicability to patients with uterine fibroids, heart disease, hypertension, epilepsy, and renal function impairment.

04 Other adjuvant drugs

(1) Oral oral antipregnancy drug (OC)

The main use is to adjust the menstrual cycle to determine the start time of ovulation promotion. At the same time, the negative feedback inhibition of estrogen and progesterone on endogenous FSH and LH can be used to improve the synchronization of follicular development.

(2) Metformin

Used to treat insulin resistance caused by polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Metformin has the effect of lowering blood sugar and insulin, and can reduce androgen levels in the body.

(3) Brocryptotine

is a representative dopamine receptor agonist drug for the treatment of prolactinomas.
